1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BusinessSounds you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

BusinessSounds provides a streaming subscription service for background music licensed for commercial use in UK business premises. The service is provided by AKM Music.

3. Subscriptions

Access to the full library requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Licence

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream music from our library for background use in your business premises only. You may not redistribute, broadcast, re-record or otherwise exploit the music beyond these permitted uses.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the service in a way that breaches any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer any part of the service

6. Intellectual property

All music, content and materials available through the service remain the property of AKM Music or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKM Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
